We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we know that sometimes returns happen. Here’s our return policy for products purchased through the website.

General Return Policy

  • We accept unopened products for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • We accept defective or damaged products for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must include all original packaging with your return.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, unless noted in the specific policy for your product.

Ink & Toner

Damaged or Defective Ink or Toner

If your ink or toner cartridge was damaged or defective upon delivery, please call us at 317-559-1059 to start the return process within 30 days of the original order date. You can choose whether you would like to return or exchange your ink or toner.

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to return the ink or toner. If it is leaking, please seal the ink or toner in a plastic bag.

Once we’ve received your ink or toner, we will process your return.

 

Wrong Ink or Toner Delivered

If you received the wrong ink or toner, after ordering the correct one, please call us at 317-559-1059 to start the exchange within 30 days of the original order date.

The ink or toner must be unopened, and you must return it will all the original packaging.

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to return the ink or toner.

Once we’ve received your ink or toner, we’ll get the correct ink and toner sent out to you.

 

Wrong Ink or Toner Ordered

If you ordered the wrong ink or toner, we can exchange unopened ink or toner within 30 days of the original order date.

You must return the ink or toner with all the original packaging.

Please include the following information with your return:

  • Your Name
  • Original Order Number
  • The Ink or Toner you would like it exchanged for (you will receive store credit or an invoice for any difference in pricing)

Please send your return, via USPS (this is currently the only delivery option available), to:

Once we’ve received your returned ink or toner, we will ship you the new ink or toner.
